50th Anniversary Membership and Ticketing
Gold Coast Four Wheel Drive Club 50th Celebrations.
To register and purchase tickets, a club login and membership are required.
Only the ticket purchaser requires a login / membership.
If you already have a login, you can use your existing username and password,
For a new login and temporary membership we only require:
- First and last name, and
- Email address (for communication by the system and organising committee).
We have set up a Temporary Membership for past members, “50th Anniversary (Past Members)”.
This is a free 6-month membership allowing access to the website for registration, ticketing, and attendance of the event.
Setting up a login. (One person can purchase multiple tickets, so you only need one login per family group attending)
- Go to the club website Join Us page
- Select a membership level from the dropdown menu.
50th Anniversary (Past Members) - Click [Join Us] to select, then
- If you have an existing account, enter details and [Log In] or click [Join Us] to open the registration form.
- Complete the required fields and submit the form when you are happy with the terms and conditions of the club.
Note:
- You will receive an email advising that your membership is pending.
- It is a manual process to approve the membership application.
- You will be notified by email when the membership application is approved.
Purchasing Tickets.
Log onto the website using your Username and Password and select the Event from the events page or follow the link in the email.
Select [PURCHASE TICKETS] and enter the number of tickets required for your group.
Fill in First and Last Name for each ticket and declare the individual is over 18 years of age.
Proceed to [Check Out]
Complete the credit / debit card details for payment, and ticketing is complete.
