Adding a secondary member in Member Jungle

 

As a full club member, your spouse and dependants are entitled to complimentary membership — here's how to set them up in Member Jungle.

Who qualifies? Secondary membership is complimentary and available to the spouse/partner and dependants of any current full Gold Coast 4WD Club member. They'll get their own Member Jungle login and access to member-only features.

Who can be added as a secondary member

Spouse or partner — Your husband, wife, or de facto partner living at the same address.

Dependants — Children or other dependants who are part of your household.

How to add a secondary member

Step 1 — Log in to Member Jungle Head to the Gold Coast 4WD Club's Member Jungle portal and sign in using your primary member credentials — your email address and password.

Step 2 — Go to My Account Once logged in, navigate to My Account — this is usually found by clicking your name in the top-right corner of the page.

Step 3 — Click on Membership Inside My Account, click on Membership in the navigation across the top of the page.

Step 4 — Find the secondary or family members option Within the Membership section, look for an option relating to family members, secondary members, or dependants.

Step 5 — Select "Add member" Click the button to add a new secondary member. You'll be prompted to enter their details.

Step 6 — Enter their details Fill in the secondary member's first name, last name, and email address. Their email must be unique — it will become their Member Jungle login.

Step 7 — Select the complimentary membership type When prompted to choose a membership category, select the complimentary or secondary member option. There should be no cost attached to this type.

Step 8 — Save and send the invitation Confirm the details and save. Member Jungle will send your family member an email invitation so they can set up their own password and log in.

Note: The exact menu location may vary slightly depending on your member settings. If you can't find the secondary member option, contact the club office and we'll be happy to help — staff can add secondary members on your behalf.
